Returning home, he led as Chef De Cuisine at White Buffalo Steakhouse before becoming Executive Chef at Daven Haven Lodge. He ventured to D.C. as an Executive Chef for Nordstrom, then became a regional chef for Tavern Hospitality Group in Colorado. His Wyoming stint involved renovating Eden Saloon and establishing Sweet Water Smoke, known for wood-smoked cuisine. Now, he spearheads the menu at Boar’s Tusk Steakhouse in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
